The Origins
Supmaran’s history dates back 30 years.
As an imaginative windsurfer, Martin’s idea of building a catamaran using two old surfboards was an obvious one. At the time, however, component availability was a limiting factor and the idea remained just a dream.
The dream became a reality with the advent of inflatable SUP’s and in the summer of 2019, Supmaran was truly born. Since then, four generations of prototypes have been refined in Switzerland and Austria, setting the stage for what has become the Supmaran Light.
Supmaran US is proud to be a partner and exclusive US distributor of Supmaran products. As we prepare for wide scale fulfillment in the US, we are excited to begin taking pre-orders for the first delivery of Supmarans ever in America!!
SUPMARAN US is proud of our brand and stands behind SUPMARAN products. Our warranty covers the repair of all manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product. We will repair or replace any component which fails as a result of defects. Normal wear and tear repairs or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis and may or may not be covered under warranty. At the end of the day, we want you to love SUPMRARAN as much as we do so, we will always do what we can to make it right and keep you afloat!
